Holistic Harmony Counseling is proud to announce the availability of a new telehealth group led by a licensed therapist. It is a compassionate, confidential support group for people who have had or needed an abortion and are experiencing grief, offering a safe space to share feelings, validate complex emotions, and develop healthy coping strategies; through guided discussion, evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and peer support, members explore processing loss, managing guilt or relief, addressing shame and stigma, and rebuilding wellbeing. In contrast, the therapist provides clinical guidance, individualized resources, and referrals as needed to support each person’s healing journey.
