  • How long does therapy take?

    Treatment length varies. Some reach their goals in a few months; others take a year or more. You and your therapist will set the timeline together.

    How long are sessions?

    Standard individual sessions typically last 45 to 55 minutes

    How often do we meet?

    Clients typically start weekly or bi-weekly, depending on their needs and treatment plan.

    Is therapy confidential?

    Yes! Therapy is highly confidential, protected by legal frameworks like HIPAA. However, it is not absolute. Therapists are legally and ethically required to break confidentiality in specific situations to ensure safety, such as imminent danger of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse of vulnerable populations, and court orders.

    What if we aren't a good fit?

    That is okay! Finding the right therapist for YOU is crucial. There will be no hurt feelings if we don’t click!

    What is your cancellation policy?

    Please cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day reschedules, cancellations, and no-call no-shows are subject to a fee.
