Clinical Supervision
Shannon Langlois-Kondracki is happy to offer supervision to Limited License Social Workers and fully Licensed Social Workers!
What is Clinical Supervision?
Clinical supervision in Michigan is a formal, ongoing relationship where a licensed therapist guides and evaluates a supervisee toward independent licensure or continued competence. It includes regular, documented meetings for case review, ethics and law instruction, skill-building, clear learning goals, and performance feedback. It follows state rules on frequency, length, and content, stresses client safety, proper records, and reflective practice.
