Everyone struggles with something at different points in life—it is part of the human experience. Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, identity exploration, burnout, grief, or simply feeling stuck, you do not have to face it alone. Every client comes from a unique background, has different needs, and responds to life's experiences in their own way. Because of this, I believe therapy should never be one-size-fits-all. My goal is to meet you where you are, taking the time to deeply understand your experiences, values, strengths, and goals. Reaching out for support and allowing yourself to be vulnerable can feel intimidating, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take that first step.

My approach to therapy is person-centered and strength-based. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to explore challenges, identify patterns, and build on the strengths you already possess. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide guidance, support, and tools while helping you connect with your own insight and resilience. I strive to create a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel comfortable expressing yourself openly, asking for what you need, and exploring difficult emotions at your own pace.

As someone who is both neurodivergent and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I understand the importance of finding spaces where you can show up authentically and feel accepted for who you are. I am passionate about providing affirming care and creating an environment where clients feel seen, heard, and respected. With approximately six years of experience in the mental health field, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds and have learned that connection and community are often essential parts of the healing process.

I believe that healing is not about becoming someone different—it is about developing a deeper understanding of yourself, building self-compassion, and creating a life that feels meaningful and authentic. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey and creating a supportive space that encourages growth, self-discovery, and lasting change.
