This group for survivors of narcissistic abuse offers a safe, validating space where members can share experiences, learn about common abuse dynamics, and rebuild a sense of self eroded by manipulation and gaslighting; through guided discussion, psychoeducation, and skills practice participants gain tools for setting boundaries, recognizing unhealthy patterns, and managing trauma responses while receiving empathy and accountability from others who understand their journey. If you're ready to embark on this transformative journey towards healing and empowerment, we warmly invite you to join our private support group. The group will be private, with a maximum of seven members, and will meet biweekly for 12 sessions over 24 weeks. Healing from narcissistic abuse is not a solitary path.
